Who we are!
We are gbj Imaging! Since 2010, we’ve been providing an image to our clients, both personal and professionally. We provide audio production, such as station ID’s, stingers, liners, drops, sweepers, commercials, promos, PSAs, intro and outro voice work, and other audio projects. We also can help with other services as well. These include ad campaigning, where we take the commercials, promos, public service announcements, and other audio projects suitable for radio we produce for our clients and distribute them to our campaign partners. What personal data we collect and why.
We collect your information through general feedback or testimonials through the “comments” function in some of our posts on our News page, media that we ask of you, such as images and audio, and any information we request on our contact and order forms.
When visitors comment on any of our News page’s posts with “Comments” enabled, we collect the information for general feedback or testimonial purposes only. Email addresses are not displayed publicly, only the name you share and the comment itself. We do collect email addresses, website addresses, IP addresses, and the browser agent you use for statistical, analytical, and in some cases security reasons.
If you upload any media to our website, you should avoid uploading content with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from it on the website.
The media we do ask from you will mainly be images and audio that you’d typically want to share in public. The images such as; website logos and profile pictures are at your discretion. Audio files such as; commercials, promos, public service announcements, and other messages that would be suitable for radio are uploaded at your discretion and serve the purpose of gbj Imaging’s mission statement. Your media that you send us should be appropriate for public use.
Our contact form is securely sent by email to gbj Imaging. Any information you send is only used to solely contact you and help us better serve you. The information we use to contact you is your name, email, the reason for contacting us, and the message body itself. Information that also is collected is your IP address and browser agent. This data is used to help protect us and keep our site secure and eliminate spam.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, or etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
The analytical information we collect from you may contain your geographic location, age, sex, and other statistics that may help us improve our target audience. The information we share your data with is again only distributed with your acknowledgment. Any clients collecting information from other clients through our website are based only on the assumption of the details you made available to them on posts with comments enabled.
How long we retain your data.
If you leave any general feedback or testimonials, that information and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any future general feedback or testimonials automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Information collected through our order forms is collected and retained for financial reasons. We only retain the details until our clients are 100% satisfied with the outcome. Financial information, such as order amount for all orders is held for one year, to aid in our financial records.
Where we send your data.
General feedback and testimonials may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Information sent by email may be reviewed by other members of gbj Imaging. All other information is sent over the normal methods of travel, such as PHP scripts to filter spam and deliver your contact form and order form information by email to gbj Imaging.
How we protect your data.
We protect your data by handling it only over https:// protocol, which is a more secure way of delivering and sharing personal information. Once the information is sent by email, the information is then properly secured. None of the required information we ask of you is ever critical and would pinpoint your exact location. Information that may be a bit more sensative such as payment information is handled by PayPal, our preferred method of payment.
What data breach procedures we have in place.
Our website is protected by the best virus and spam protection software available to us. If any information is breached, we will do our best to restore any data that we lost because of it. Your privacy and security is our number one concern. We will work with you to rectify the issue at hand and restore our relationship with hopefully no hard feelings.
What third parties we receive data from.
We’re proud to say that we do not receive any data from third parties. Clients that use third-party apps to deliver information to us is the choice of that client. Some information such as social media may be obtained, only if the communication was directly initiated from you, the client, to us, but is only used with your consent. Otherwise, no information is delivered to third parties from us.
